The Business Sector's NOx Fund, Enova and the Norwegian Research Council offer financial project support directed towards the Petroleum industry on the Norwegian Continental shelf. Common to these programs is that there are considerable support funds available for the petroleum industry to apply for on the climate and energy technology development areas covering both minor and major projects and mitigation measures.
The Norwegian Research Council organizes its activity through the DEMO 2000 and PETROMAKS programs. The Norwegian national strategy for petroleum technology on the environment and energy area has been developed and implemented through the OG21 cooperation.
An early dialogue is essential to make the application process as streamlined as possible. Under the available project support programs, contact persons are listed who can give guidance on the general support criteria and the application process.
Information, in depth descriptions of the programs, description of application processes and project evaluation criteria can be accessed on the websites of the respective organizations.
